Your right to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you want to cancel it and return the items, for any reason. This applies to customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
How to return an item
- Email us at info@madein48.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply with the return instructions and the return address in Portugal.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Condition of items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with any tags attached. We may reduce your refund if the items have been worn, washed or handled more than is needed to check them.
Return shipping
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the items back. Please use a tracked service, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price of the items to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in: British pounds (GBP) for UK orders and euros (EUR) for orders to Portugal and the rest of the European Union.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for dispatch, by emailing info@madein48.shop with your order number. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under Portuguese and EU law, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at info@madein48.shop with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return shipping. We kindly ask you to tell us as soon as you notice the problem.
