This website, madein48.shop, is operated by MADE IN 48, Rua da República 48, 2625-141 Póvoa de Santa Iria, Portugal. Contact: info@madein48.shop. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
MADE IN 48 sells illustrated t-shirts. We try to show colours and designs as accurately as possible, but the colours on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Sizes are shown on the size chart on each product page.
3. Prices, currency and payment
Orders delivered to the United Kingdom are priced and charged in British pounds (GBP). Orders delivered to Portugal are priced and charged in euros (EUR). Prices include any taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout provided by Shopify.
4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund you in full. How you can cancel an order is described in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, illustrations, images, text and logos on this website belong to MADE IN 48 or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written consent. Names and likenesses shown in our artwork are used in an illustrative, artistic way; all trademarks and rights belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website when you place your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
