Where we ship
MADE IN 48 ships from Portugal to the United Kingdom and Portugal. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 5 to 10 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays or peak periods. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs
- United Kingdom: flat rate of £12.00 per order, charged in British pounds (GBP).
- Free shipping on United Kingdom orders of £96.00 or more.
- Portugal: shipping is charged in euros (EUR) and shown at checkout.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are shipped from Portugal. Any VAT, customs duties or import charges that apply to your order are shown at checkout where possible. If additional charges are requested by the carrier or customs on delivery, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@madein48.shop with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
