Your right to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you want to cancel it and return the items, for any reason. This applies to customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
How to return an item
- Email us at info@madein48.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply with the return instructions and the return address in Portugal.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Condition of items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with any tags attached. We may reduce your refund if the items have been worn, washed or handled more than is needed to check them.
Return shipping
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the items back. Please use a tracked service, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price of the items to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in: British pounds (GBP) for UK orders and euros (EUR) for orders to Portugal. Original standard shipping costs are refunded if you cancel the whole order. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you sent them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
For a different size, please return the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we will help you.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom, and EU and Portuguese consumer law.
